Don't know what model you have. 03-05 Amanti has fuse AV audio. fuse box diagram below.

obd II fuse located ???? Or do you mean fuse for DLC - the connector under the dash that you plug the scan tool into ? GIG LTR fuse 15 amp under hood fuse box

it should be in your fuse box

All fuses and circuit breakers for a 2005 GMC Canyon are located in the engine compartment fuse block.

ABS light is on mean ur car have a AIR Bag mechanism have problems.Car might have a dying or a dead fuse problem in the main fuses box under the car hood.Change the fuse that link to the ABS mechanism should solved this problem,if not than ur car have a grounding problems,than it have a short somewhere.Must have the garage mechanic to trouble shoot and to locate the short.
