Im trying to torque the roker arms on this chevy malibu 2001, 3.1 liters
First pass ten pounds and then an additional thirty degrees, I would recommend medium blue loctite as well as i have had many of them come loose

the way to get these specs it to spend the 14 bucks on a chiltons book for your model truck.hate to say that. i have about 20 chiltons books they are worth it trust me on this.they will give you specs diagrams and how too's of your truck.you can get them at adap,napa,carquest,autozone,and pep boys, saves time and its good for quick reffference while working on projects on your truck

A Ball Joint Can Usually Be Replaced Without Removing The Control Arm From The Vehicle. Place The Vehicle On Jack Stands. Remove The Shock Absorber And Install A Spring Compressor on The Coil Spring.Remove The Nut Securing The Ball Joint To The steering Knuckle And Separate The Knuckle And Then Joint. The Ball Joint Should Be Pressed,Riveted,Bolted,Or Screwed Into The Control Arm.A Service Manual Will Give The Details For The Specific Make And Model Vehicle.
