If you call your local auto zone or orielys they can usually tell you the torque specs off their computer.

1st - step; - 25 ft./lbs.
2nd - step; - 50 ft./lbs.
3rd - step; - 50 ft./lbs.
4th - step; - turn 90 degrees
Torque the bolts in this order (looking at the heads)

use 1 hand and just snug it up. not real tight , just a little pressure past the stop.
i never seen a spark plug wiggle loose, since the spark plug wire doesn't allow it to spin
