Fuel pump runs constantly with key on engine off. pulled fuel pump relay and fp fuse on firewall and pump still runs and engine will run. pulled guage fuse in dash and pump quits. reconnect fuel pump fuse...

Gauge fuse runs a fuel module that is installed to correct vapor lock. This module is what is running the pump. This module, called the hot fuel module is mounted on the passenger side behind the dash above the blower motor.

Engine

Hi:
You need to have your Toyota scanned to see what code is causing the light. There are hundreds of codes that trip the light, some so simple as a bad or loose gas cap. Most auto parts stores will scan your car for free, such as Auto Zone. That way you can pinpoint the source of what is tripping the light and go forward from there. It is most likely not related to the work you have done, unless you have a connector that you have knocked loose or similar?

Engine light and emmisions worshop on dash

You will need to have another code scan done. A faulty glow plug will certainly show up on a scan, but should NOT bring on the engine MIL light. Erase all faults showing at present. This should extinguish the engine light. Thin start and stop engine a number of times until the light comes back on. This will re boot on-board computer. Do another scan and the fault should show up. If possible do a live reading, paying close attention to the (oxygen sensors) lambda units
Best of luck

have you replace the caliper? if you did then when you stop loose the bleder of the caliper and if pressure come out tie the bleeder again and haved your mechanic remove the brake master cylinder and see if there is any adjustment for the push rod or shaft behinf the master cilinder and loose the adjustment to make it short but if there is no adjustment then leave the master little loose and if this take care of it you might have a wrong master installed or just need to adjust the rod behind master good luck
