When you fill the reservoir with fluid, and run the engine, the pump should "pump" the air out of the system. You may need to refill the tank after running the engine and turning the steering wheel.

Remove the rear seat. There is an access cover that lead to the pump/sending unit assembly. PLEASE BE SAFE THIS IS GASOLINE! Remove the fuel lines, then remove the cover and the fuel pump assembly resides under it.

I had a similar problem with my 1996 Toyota Corolla. It sounds like you need to bleed the brake lines. If your brake fluid was recently low, or if you had a leak in your brake lines this could be necessary. A step-by-step guide to the process is listed here: How to bleed a break line

Power Steering fluid leaking 1997 Toyota Camry Leaks all the time Put more fluid in.

Bad lines or bad pump. if it's not a bad leak, try some stop leak additive and add fluid when needed. If it's bad, you need to replace what's leaking before your spend the repair cost in powersteering fluid. lines are relatively cheap and i would replace them before you run out of fluid and burn the pump up.
