Question about 2004 Buick Rainier
I have to replace the fuel pressure sensor located on top the gas tank in my 2004 Buick Rainer V6 4.3. Is there anyway to access it without dropping the tank?
Not that I am aware of. Some imports provide an access plate under the back seat, but not American built vehicles.

if your talking about the unit in the tank and not the dash unit then you will have to drop the tank and remove the unit from the tank.you can buy just the sending unit portion of the unit and not have to buy the entire pump unit with it.however if this is the original pump assembly then i would recommend that you replace the entire unit as it will more than likely need replacing shortly after repairing this problem.check to make sure its not a bad wire connection problem.
