Hyundai accent headlight

Now i have replaced all fuses / relays / main fuse / still nothing but i know they work because if you pull back the turn signal the high beams work. Am I missing a fuse some where else?

let me see if i can explain this problem with the lights and heater blower better. I had the battery replaced by a friend when he worked on car. The alt didn't work as a few things in car, head lights, blower moter door chim roof light ext. I replaced the main 100amp fuse and everything worked but the head lights and blower motor, so i replaced every fuse inside the car and all resisters and fuses in the underhood fuse box. Also replace the small white box and resister next to the underhood fuse box. The headlight bulbs were replaced and wires checked. to get the lights to work I have to pull back the turn signal for high beams only. Im running out of otions here before i give it to a shop to fix.

Did both lights go out at the same time? And do you have blinkers, and flashers?

SOURCE: camry headlights not working

Have you checked out the switch itself? Seems like the problem might be there.
If the lamp bulbs are sill intact, that's probably the most likely solution. There's a possibility you have a short somewhere in the switch relay that will allow the highlights to turn on but not the low beams.

2002 Hyundai Accent won't start

Hi I'm Peter, check the fuse box under the hood there is a fuel fuse and a fuel relay then check them. Use a meter to check the fused also check at you are getting voltage to the fuse by using a meter touching each of the post where the fuse plugs in when the key is on you should have power to one of them but not the other with the fuse out. There are several relays that are the same part number as the fuel relay so you can check it by just using one of the relays like for the horn or headlights. If all that checks out look for a port on the fuel rail to put a fuel pressure gauge on and see if the is any fuel pressure. Could be a fuel pump if all the other things I mentioned are in good working order. Let me know what you find . Good Luck

Headlights not working

It sounds to me like you might have a loose headlight connector, or something is causing the conduit inside the headlight to shatter, if you take the car to work every day do you go over a big bump at all? also what brand are you using and what does Hyundai recommend using, the wrong headlight bulb can also make this happen - just because it fits doesn't mean its right.

My 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 with the 5.7 Hemi engine threw me for a loop yesterday. Stay with me on this as it gets weird. First the engine shut down as did the tach. Then started back up as I coasted down the road (in Mexico of all places). Next it did the same thing again but in addition the cruise would not work and the overdrive didn't work (usually @ 2000 RPM at 60 then the tach showed 2500 RPM. Sure enough by engaging the button on the shifter no change in RPM. Then the engine shuts down, tach inop, OD inop, cruise inop, and the check engine light comes on. Then (it gets better) all of the above happens and I coast to a stop. Shut the ignition off, turned it back on and the cruise works, the overdrive works but the engine shuts down BUT the tach is now working. Long story longer I limp back to Green Valley, AZ with the truck and run the codes and the only code is a P0300 (random cylinder misfires within a predetermined period of time (No S#@t). Also was able to determine the following codes. P0339 (crankshaft position sensor intermittent, P1128 Closed loopfueling not achieved-bank 1 as well as P1129 (the other bank). I'm leaning towards replacing the ECM. Could it possibly be the IPCM (integrated power control module)? OR do I have a loose connection somewhere? It seems the problem gets worse when I go over rough roads (about all of Mexico is ROUGH roads. LOL) Call me "Looking for answers before I pull the rest of my hair out".
