How do I open my 2009 Honda Accord navigation unit in the trunk?

Look for a small pin hole near the DVD tray, while the system is off, push a paper clip into the hole, just like for a computer, may take a bit of force.

What is the specs for the pinion nuttorque spec pinion nut

There is not a specific value for this I think, as you must either have the unit torn down and tighten the nut against the crush sleeve until a certain amount of force is needed to spin the pinion. If removed to replace the seal, you were supposed to count the number of threads exposed on pinion shaft beyond the nut, and also mark the nut's position relative to the shaft by using a chisel. This is why I keep insisting that folks should buy a shop manual before attempting unfamiliar jobs. So OK, you replaced the seal without marking the nut. Now what? Tighten the nut checking to see when all slop (play) is removed. As soon as all play is gone, Turn nut 1/8th more and hope for the best. If unit is now more noisy than before, try just a tiny bit tighter and see what you get.

Mercruiser lower unite in nutural lock how to fix

Unhook the cable connection from the shift lever at the lower.Try to shift by hand with a cresent wrench,(small, and don't force).Sounds like you've a keeper dropped off in the lower. It's easy enough to pull the lower apart, but better have someone there that knows the unit or buy a repair manual for that lower.

Motor works but mechanic forced unit to work for a/c but now no heat. he suggests getting new mode control motor

Your mechanic probably manually positioned the blend doors to get the A/C vents to work. Ask him if the motor works, why does it need to be replaced? Maybe it's the control switch that.

Manual transmission.at times the car will not shift into first gear.once the car starts to roll it then shifts when forced.Followed by a loud grinding sound.

The "grinding" sound leads me to believe that your clutch is not completely disengaging. Does it also do it in Reverse? First gear and reverse gear is not syncronized. Sometimes it helps to go to reverse, then bring it back to first to keep from having to force the thing into gear. Forcing it will bend the shifting fork inside the transmission. If it has been forced a few times, you may allready have a bent fork. Anyway, if it is also "grinding" going into Reverse, it is time for a clutch.

Why is oil leaking from the oil pressure switch? Oil was leaking and i replaced the switch, but oil is still leaking.

This is what the tech manual says.....

Removal & Installation
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the terminal ends on the unit.
  3. Spray lubricant on the unit, to ensure an easy removal.
  4. With a suitable open-end wrench or a socket, unscrew the sending unit.
To install:
  1. Make sure area is clean before replacing the sensor. Scrape any remaining gasket material that may be left behind. Use a wire brush or a gasket scraper.
  2. Lube the threads with oil on the new sensor and place the O-ring or gasket on the end going into the engine. Carefully thread the sensor by hand, making sure the threads are even, and you are not forcing the sensor into the block. Using a tool, tighten sensor but not to tight as it could break easily.
  3. Connect the wires on the sensor.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Start engine and look for any leaks in case the sensor is not tight enough.

Security Radio Cod

Best bet is to talk to the Dealership, they have technitions that can better handle the situation.
My guess is they will tell you that the only method would be to either, "brute force" hack it trying an infinite number combination, or to buy a new head unit.
Best of Luck.
