I am not 100% sure on toyota but most ignition switches you must remove the housing around the steering wheel to get to it . Its usually a large plastic componet on the left side behind the turn signal handle . It is always best to go to the local auto parts store and buy a haynes repair manual before attempting any repairs. Hope evereything turns out well for you !!

Toyota paint codes are can usually be found either under the hood or on the passenger/drivers side door jamb. Most Toyota paint codes are 3 digits long.
If you can't find your color code on the car your local Toyota dealership (parts department) will be able to tell you your code from your registration or chasis number...
Good luck..i hope this helps, please rate me a fixya.

For paint, take your paint code off the inside lip of your dirver side door. Take the number to your local autoparts store, and get the matching paints (unless you need a custom job as in metallic flake). You'll need a clear coat as well as your base.
