Check your Inertia sensor. Should be near or behind front kick panels or in rear cargo area next to air-ride cutoff switch. It has a push button reset.
There are a number of systems that the Remote Start bypasses. So having a failure with the manual Key start would point to a common problem neither can overcome.
A scanner may help diagnose these problems as a trouble Code may not have appeared on the dash yet.
In the end, its a matter of finding whether you have spark or gas.
Have your Battery checked. All settings are dependent on the Voltage differences.
