Check that the ac is actually not working by checking to see if the front bit is spinning with the pulley. If it is then you have a globe problem If it is not check for wires to ac compressor disconnected .

Kim, have you looked at your owner's manual for the fuse locations? Also, when you open the fuse box there should be a couple of extra fuses in there, just for a case like this. If not, just look for the one(s) that interrupt the defrost, etc., and it should be easy to replace them. Please post on your progress!

All dash lights in 2007 civic are on

you will need to inspect all of the fuses and some times the fuse boxes are in different locations around the car such as engine compartment under the dashboard behind the kick plates drivers side and passengers side and when you locate the fuse boxes the should be clearly marked what each fuse is for (you can usually find this on the under side of the fuse cover or it can be printed on the out side as well)and some fuses will be used for a number of components eg lighter and radio and overhead lights,or horn and hazard lights, blinkers and tail lights, these are just examples and most cars will have there own system in which they hook up components to use the fuses . The hand book will point out the location of any fuse boxes installed in the car but if you dont have it then you will have to go looking for them .

Try turning the air conditioner off. Some fans run while the air is on. Most cars are made so the air conditioner runs in most of the heater settings. The fan blows draws air through the condenser so the air conditioner will work right It changes the freon from a gas to a liquid.
