Unscrew the rocker cover and remove the top casing, most cars now have gasket seal rather than a gasket so check this. Put new gasket in place and then replace top casing, replacing the bolts back in the order they should be in, then put rocker cover back on...

Small port hole under heatercore port dripping water does this mean my heatercore is leaking

If it is antifreeze... yes! If it is just water, it could be the A/C condensate drain is plugged. It should be under the hood on the firewall on the passengers side... a small rubber hose with a turn down. Pinch it to make sure it is open to drain.

Heater only blows worm air not hot

Check these three possibilities: One, car has a bad thermostat. Two: Car has a bad heater control valve and three: Car has a vac leak under the dash that controls the heater Flap Valve. If this flapper isn't closed completely, cool outside air mixes with the warm inside (recirculating) air and cause a lukewarm air mixture at the vents.

Overheating and bubbling out of my overflow. How

Might be the heater matrix for the car heating system that is leaking in which case your carpets will be wet underneath

If the matrix is ok then I would hazard a guess that the block has cracked and gases are being forced into the cooling jacket around the block.

Fill the radiator leave the cap off, run the car stationary , watch the water , if there are lots of bubbles coming up from the radiator your head , block or gasket needs attention
