Question about Cars & Trucks
I have a 1995.5 Isuzu rodeo that a few friends and I swapped out engines a couple weeks ago. Everything has lined up great and it started with no problems on the first try. The only issue is that there is no air coming from the blower. No heat or air or anything. I am not sure if we didn't hook everything back up or if we might have blown something. This was my first engine work so I am trying to fix this issue myself if I can. Any suggestions on where I should start looking would be great! Thanks
Look for a fuse or un connected in the engine bay that powers the fan motor.. As for the heat check and bleed the cooling system as you may have an air lock in the heater.

No they are not compatible. They changed the crank between 95 and 96. I have a 96 that needed an engine swap and the dealer that I bought it from was paying for the engine, he bought a 95 engine and after a month of trying the mechanic said no way no how, the crank between the two is different.

Change your gearbox oil, and clean out the oil strainer.
( On some models, you have to remove the gearbox oil pan to clean the strainer )
