New Shocks
Done wheel balincing, Done wheel alignmint same problem
New tyres same problem
@ 110Km/h you can feel the vibration/plucking of the steering wheel and the noise (right front) is similar to a flat spot on tyre
Check the idler arm and pittman arm, then the tie rod ends for ANY play. The pittman arm is the one on the steering gearbox that connects to the tie rod, and the idler arm is the one that connects from the tie rod to the frame. Replacing the parts is a pretty inexpensive and straightforward job, but you will need to have the wheels re-aligned afterwards.
Check your brake rotors and make sure they are not warped. another option could be a wheel bearing issue but i think that would be highly unlikely(they usually whine and it get louder as you go faster)
. Also to look at is did this suddenly appear AFTER you had the truck's shocks serviced?
If so then have another shop check it over and explain to them that one shop did such and such service..got a vibration/noise and could you check the safety of it? loose bolt...a forgotten part..you get the idea. hope i gave you some leads at least.

vibration in mirror's and cup holder, not in steering wheel. When I let off the gas and coast it seem's to stop. I think it is coming from the drive train.
