SOURCE: Lost Keys with key code, unable to move car.

Get a manual and take apart the steering wheel assembly. once you remove the steering lock plate you will be able to steer it. Then disconnect shift linkage on transmission and put manually into neutral. You will need the manual in order to do any work so it's not a loss. Haynes makes one for around $20
good luck

SOURCE: 2008 impala won't start or shift out of park, key is difficult to remove from ignition.

Sound like a problem with the Neutral Ssafety Switch, this is located on top transmission (generally) and its possible that need some adjust.

Key wont come out motor wont even click whats wrong

Try turning your steering wheel, some of the cars has a safety lock that will lock your tumblers in your ignition and the steering wheel which acts as an anti-theft systems. I would try turning your steering wheel to the left and right as much as you can which will not be much. Yes, I realize it seems a bit goofy, but I had vehicle that would not let go my key, but turning the steering wheel to the left and right and at the same time attempting to turn the ignition to the neutral position to get the key out was the only way to retrieve my key. It keeps people from putting the vehicle into Neutral and pushing your car away without the key.

Key will not turn

Make positively sure that the transmission shifter is fully in park. If you can move the shifter without turning the key then it is not locked in park. If you can move it try shifting to neutral and see if key will turn. Also, try turning steering wheel hard in both directions banging it against the column lock while trying to turn the key.

How do you get a 2002 pt cruiser into neutral without a key its an automatic

Without disconnecting the linkage you don't. You would have to disconnect the linkage and put it in neutral manually. If your trying to tow the vehicle it is better to put the front wheels on a dolly or lift from the front. Towing a front wheel drive with the wheels on the pavement is not usually a good thing as it tends to damage the transmission. If you have no choice but to tow it with all 4 wheels on the ground you will have to disconnect the linkage and put it in Neutral manually or use the key to unlock the steering and shifter assembly and tie the steering. If your worried about battery drain with the ignition in the on position disconnect the negative battery terminal.
