It should be the center relay on one of the strut towers inside the engine compartment. Most inexpensive manuals such as haynes, have fairly decent test procedures for testing. Have you checked the fuse for the pump?

Where is the fuel reset button on a 2002 grand prix?

Gm doesn't have a reset, that I know of. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs, do you have fuel injector pulse?
If only a fuel pump motor problem, then check voltage and ground. Did you check the fuel pump fuse? The gray wire is voltage for fuel pump motor, black wire is ground. Check fuel pump relay, the relay has two sides, the load side is 30 and 87 in the diagram. The control side is 85 and 86, The control/coil side of relay gets voltage from pcm and the ground is chassis ground.

What is the color of the wire by the ignition for the fuel anable

A 2002 grand prix 3.8 liter has a fuel pump that is controlled by the PCM. The PCM supplies power to the fuel pump relay. That relay energizes and allows current to flow to the fuel pump.

In order to help with your problem it may be better to describe the problem to give a better idea of what information you need.

Where is the fuel safety shut off switch

If I am understanding you want to disable the fuel pump?
There are two ways one is the fuse and two the easy way is the fuel pump relay located right side under hood.

There is no safety shut off like Ford's Inertia switch.

Do you hear the pump in the tank?

No pressure at fuel rail on 88pontiac grand prix can not hear fuel pump kick on

Did you check your fuel pump relay and related fuses to make sure no fuses were blown? Passenger side under-hood electrical center shows # 3 fuse 20 amp fuse controlling fuel pump and ECM. Also #12 is also Fuel pump relay in Passenger side under-hood electrical center. These would be the first things to check.

I changed the fuel pump on my car and now the fuel gage stays stuck on full. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Try disconnecting the battery for a minute. If that doesn't straighten it out, you may have to take it apart again. The float might be hung up on something. It may shake itself straight next time you put gas in, too.
