How to Write a Bill of Sale?

There are lots of samples available online for different bills of sale. Google it . Basically you need both parties nanmes, a good description of what is being sold, what the sale price is and any conditions of the sale. Then both need to sign it and if it is a big ticket item you may want to have the sale notarized.
