I have a 2005 GMC Envoy last night it started idoling real rough and the little engine light came on. when idoling it goes back to running rough and the engine light come back on and flashes.

I just went thru the same thing with my Silverado. Ok first thing to do is check your fuel pressure. You can rent the pressure testing gage at autozone. Usual pressure needed is 50lbs. Next thing to check is your fuel pressure solenoid. It's a good guess that it's one of those two things. The best investment you can make is to buy the little computer/engine code reader. You dont have to buy the high dollar one, the one I use was only 60.00. Best investment ever. Very easy to use, it plugs in usually just to the left of your steering column.

Hi, sounds like you have a bad ignition coil, Autozone has the part for $34.00. each coil opperates 2 sparkplugs. should be easy to replace

2005 chevy impala strugles when I accelerate

Try this, after it's dark outside open the hood, spray a little windex
on the plug wires then start the car,if you see any glowing or sparks
jumping around ,it's time for a set of wires.Probably the most common
thing I see. The windex just brings any weak wire out .

I have a 2005 Chevy Impala and the check engine light just came on what should I do?

Take it to a place like Auto Zone and they will hook up their computer to it and tell you what the fault code is for free. Most common is a misfire which would indicate new plugs or wires.

I replaced the coil blocks, wires, and plugs on my 2005 chevy impala 3.4. I am still getting random misfireing, what else can it be?

could be a fuel problem or a fuel injector. these engines are also bad to leak water at the intake manifold gaskets, if coolant leaks internally it would kill the spark and cause a misfire. if its not low on coolant though i'd keep checking fuel and fire
