Question about 1992 Honda Accord
Check fuel filter and fuel pump. car has probably overheated at some point in time i have the same prob with my old nissan the motor has heated up to the point of expanding the the insides of the engine when its cooled down it goes but doesnt sound great. nota problem u can fix unless you put another motor in it. if thats not wots wrong with it then good luck. its hard to dertimine what the problem is without inspecting the car 1st hand.

This is a very common problem on Hondas. The problem is the Main Relay which can be found by looking underneath the steering wheel. It is held down by one 10mm or 12mm bolt. Simply disconnect the electrical connector and it will come out.
Honda relays have been made by Mitsuba. Replace it and you will no longer have the issue.
