Check the flasher.if you have not already. There are also fuses for those specific items as well. Assuming you have changed the bulbs.

SOURCE: when i turn on head

Hi....
On chevy .
Your problem is Mising ground. or poor groumd to the Tail lights.
First Check all the grounds on the engine compartment.
Near the BATTERY and the fenders wall.
If you found any one damaged Reapair as need.

But if everything is OK...
Check the connections of the Tail lights Under the BED of the truck.
If you found evrything good.

REmove Any of the Tail lights. APPLY GROUND at the BLACK wire of the Tail light connector and see if make any different. If the lights work ok. you can LEAVE with the Ground.
Or try to find where is the wire cut. or in missconntact.

OK... I hope this help to try resolve your problem.

Thank you for use fixya...

SOURCE: right side blinker/tail light out

That is just a Bulb. Replace that Bulb by opening the Trunk to access the Plastic Wingnuts to Open the Panel where the Bulbs are.

SOURCE: I have a 1994 GMC

Hi, you could have a bad ground, at the rear of the truck, or a bulb, with a crossed filiment, causing the issue. Make sure there is no corrosion at the sockets, and both rear bulbs are visibly in tact. Then make sure the ground is good at both sides. Make sure the circuit boards are good, The actual socket board, as these can corrode internally, and finally, if you have a trailer plug, make sure this is not corroded, or shorting. I feel your issue lies in one of these areas. Good luck...Coop

No tail lights on my 2008 ford escape. driver rear blinker wasn't working. replaced bulb, but when i turn on the blinker both blinkers are blinking...front and back...

Not sure I follow your story.
The front and rear turn signal should blink on one side. If the tail lamps are not working, it could be a fuse or a problem with the wiring. And the tail lamps are on the same circuit as the front parking lamps.

I have 2002 Mitsubishi montero sport when i have my headlights on and turn my blinkers on tail lights go out, no dash lights either

You are mixing dual element (2 DOTS) and single element (1 DOT) bulbs.
Open ALL socket and look inside and fit the correct bulb back into the socket.

Blinker/Tail Light Issue

The Bulbs Have 2 filliments in them if 1 is burnt out that would give you the fast not working tail light there may be an issue with the brake light switch located above the brake pedal on the arm.

Break lights and blinkers not working

If you put the tester on the outlets and it lights up properly but the bulbs dont, you have already concluded that the wiring isn't the problem. unless of course the wires are corroded and simply putting the bulb in shorts it out. Have you tested the bulbs?

Back tail lights won't light up

check the bulbs, theyre probably the double filament bulbs and one can go out but not the other. If the bulbs are ok, check your fuses and tail light relay

Left rear tail lights/ blinker will not come on

Blinker too fast, the same side blinker light bulb on the front (or back) is burned. Check the fuses for the rear lights. You might have a light bulb filament stuck.
