First get a syphon pump and remove the bad gas. Fill it with better gas and use Lucas fuel injection cleaner. Hopefully it has not done too much damage to injectors etc. I would then repeat this process with good gas and the additive a few times to clean up that fuel system. It only takes a grain of sand to ruin an injector. If by the way an injector was to be ruined you only need to change the one,not all of them. The other option involves removing the gas tank and having it cleaned. But that`s extreme.

What amount of money should a Nissan dealership charge for fuel injector service on a 2003 maxima with 44K miles. Also when should they be serviced (the injectors)

At 44K miles, your Maxima injectors should not need any cleaning, only if you have been using really, really bad gas.I have seen those Maximas go well over 100K miles with no injector servicing needed. Dealer will just try to make money on you, any way they can, if you don't know any better.

My 1995 Nissan Maxima wont start. I smell gas.

Sounds like a bad fuel pump, check if the smell comes under the rear wheels and also check for a loud humming noise when the key is turned to on. Those are signs of a bad fuel pump.
