HI need to no if your car has a turbo gauge if not then the cr is a LPT light presure turbo expain why u have not got a lot of power
if you have got a turbo guage then u can do more too to car to improve it
the valve your looking for is a APC valve that controls the turbo boost
i would recommend a ECU upgrade to avoid engine problems that will cost you more in the long run

since you have done all that and it does make sense to what you have done, the next step is you have to have fuel to make boost please check your fuel preasure ,

I am loosing all coolant after about 50kms, no sign of leaks or overheating , i have a 1996 9000 cse with 2.3 turbo engine

If you don't see any leaks, then your head gasket is shot. Your coolant is going out your tailpipe.

TURBO NOT BOOSTING

Hello, I am a Saab technician from upstate new york. It sounds to me that the turbo wastegate rod may be seized to the turbo control valve. The easiest way to try to fix this is to spray penetrating oil on the turbo valve/ wastegate rod and work it back and forth with a pry bar. Many times u can also heat this up with a torch and pray. If those two things don't work than the turbo valve itself is seized into the guide hole machined into the turbo. good luck.

Couple of problems

tcs is traction control system, take it to the dealer and get it fixed, how much is your life worth? My tried turning off the tcs on his '04 Mazda RX8 and it spun out on him in the rain. He survived, RX8 did not.
