It also might mean - it's time for the valves to be adjusted *normal wear and tear*. I would NOT panic on this one YET! Especially since it has low mileage .. this is BAU *business as usual*!

The tick that you are hearing, normally means that the valves, seats or cam is going out. I would change the oild and add some anti-knock additive to clear this up. If it still doesn't clear up, you might have bigger problems.
