Fuse box is underneath the steering wheel. You must lay on your back so that you can look upward from the floor of the driver's side. There is a wide rectangular covering you must remove to see the fuses.

Engine turns over but wont start. You can hear thr fuel pump come on. Is it electrical? Could it be battery, fuse, or loose wire?

This sounds like the crank shaft sensor is bad. The sensor sends a signal to the computer about when to fire the coils for spark.

Clock wont turn on

Sounds like a simple blown bulb in the clock. I would just check the fuse first and make sure that is good. If it is good, you will need to replace that bulb.

CHECK THE FUSIBLE LINK THAT COMES OFF THE STARTER POST.THEY LOOK JUST LIKE A WIRE, BUT THEY GET STRECHY WHEN THERE'RE BLOWN.IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU WILL NEED TO FIND THE CIRCUT THAT CAUSED IT TO BLOW,AND REPLACE THE LINK.
