Question about 2003 Hyundai Tiburon
I am at a standstill... My drivers side headlight will not work, and i am not sure how to diagnose and fix it. PLEASE HELP! When the headlight went out, I changed both bulbs, and the passangers side headlight went out 6 days later. I changed that (yes, the correct bulb, H7) then 2 days later the drivers side went out again! I changed that, and it blew 2 seconds later. All fuses are good, and I get 12volts going to the drivers side light. I am so confussed. What do I need to do?

The h 7 bulb is a quartz halogen bulb and if touched with the bare fingers has an extremely short life
you have to use gloves when handling the bulbs as the oil from the fingers reacts with the glass when in use and blows the bulbs
they will also blow from bad/ loose ground points and if allowed to arc ( as in welding ) will fail quickly
you should get 12 volts to both bulbs at one terminal while the other is the grounding wire
check for problem relays in the power wire

Unplug the drivers side headlamp. Install a fuse and see if it blows. If it doesn't replace the headlamp. If it does you will need to start tearing into the harness to find the shorted wire. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!
