93 maxima starts in park but stops when i shift to reverse

Check all the connections on the ECM especially the ground wires. When the vehicle is put into gear, the ECM starts looking for the sensors, if the ground is bad, the ECM pulls ground current through the sensors. Then check the sensors.

Is their a way to by-pass the ant-i theft module on a 1994 nissan maxima gxe

Without having a wireing diagram in front of me, I am at a disadvantage. I have never done one. I always fix the problem correctly. The antitheft systems are often quite complex and you have to be quite creative to get around them, so I really don't know what to tell you because there may be other problems created by going around the system, like damaging the ECM. Without doing some serious research which I haven't the time to do at this point in time, I really can't help you.

Hi there:
DTC P0037 - Bank 1 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Low

DTC P0057 - Bank 2 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Low

Cause could be harnesses connections, wiring, HO2S heater itself or ECM issue. Diagram location in THIS LINK.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE A 5SPEED TRANSMISSION BY A 4SPEED TRANSMISSION FOR A 2004 NISSAN MAXIMA WITHOUT HAVING TO REPLACE MODUALS OR ANY OTHER PART?

Generally speaking, NO.

If you were replacing a 5-speed with a 5-speed, then I would be inclined to say YES, providing it was the same model transmission.

Replacing with a different type of transmission, may cause a compatability issue with the ECM computer.
