Question about 2001 Volkswagen Golf
I just had the transmission and clutch replaced on my 1998 VW Golf GL and it doesnt seem to be getting up to speed the way it should also it kinda gives off a smell of burning rubber what could be going on
If you had somebody do it, I would take it back and tell them what it's doing. I'm not sure about vw's, but if that is equipped with a hydraulic clutch, it could be low on fluid, or something wrong with the slave valve.
