Question about 1994 Buick Park Avenue
I won't shut all the way and I have to wire it shut I need some help to find the fuse box please!!!
You might try lubricating the trunk latch with a silicone spray or wd-40 and unlocking it with the key while it is open. There is a chance there is a small broken spring in the latch that is not pulling it over to full unlock position and when you tried to shut the trunk it is actually already in the locked position.

The latch on the deck lid needs to be clicked open so it can catch the striker. Try key to unlock and see if you can get the latch hook open.
