Realy need gauges to check pressure on system. There is a multitude of explanations and would realy need to know the pressure of the system. Pressure needs to be high enough to activate low pressure switch. Of course if the compressor is unpluged, a relay is bad, both fans are not running, or any of the fuses are open this is just the beginning of the diognosis.

What tools do i need to remove a 1996 lexus es 300 cv axle from the transmission


You will need a lug wrench for the wheel, a jack, a jack stand, 14mm socket and ratchet for disconnecting the lower ball joint, a 32mm socket and impact wrench for the axle nut, a dead-blow (no-bounce) hammer to tap axle from steering knuckle, and then there are two options.

Left (driver) side: a pry bar to pop the axle from the differential (pry between diff. housing and axle knuckle. This can be really stuck so don't be afraid to put some power to it!)

Right (pass.) side: snap ring pliers to remove snap ring from carrier mount (rear engine mount houses this carrier bearing), and i think a 14mm socket or wrench to loosen the jam bolt that keeps the bearing outer race from spinning.

Sounds like a wheel bearing get in ready to go out Jack up each side put on jack stands grab wheel pull & push it see if there's any play if so thats your problem

Changing rear (3) spark plugs


carefully remove the coil pack with a deep 10mm socket and unplug the 2 connections on the pass side of the coil and just lean it over to the driver side of the car and you will have access to the rear of firewall.

I'm afraid Fixya is not going to be much help; your problem is with Heartland.
I have dealt with them often over the years and have not personally had a problem with them.
