Question about 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe

Open Question

High RPM's I have just bought a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe 4WD. When I am driving the RMP's seem to go high, while I am driving 80mph my RPM's seem to be at 3000, is this typical for a 4WD? I have never had an all wheel drive before and am not sure if this is typical or if this is the start of transmission problems.

Hi
It sounds like the transmission slipped. You need have the vehicle check for trouble codes and the trans. fluid level.
