Exhaust system leak

Need to find exhaust diagram for 1991 Ford LTD Cr. Vic. Would like it to
be free source if possible. System needs replacement from manifold to
where the two sides come together at Y. If they have specific names I
would like to know what they are so I can enter correct terms or part
names when searching for replacements. Thanks for helping,
merledaddy.

You can get these at any large parts house or your local Ford dealer or a good muffler shop. Keep in mind that they will be very expensive. To run from the exhaust manifolds to the rear will probably run you around 700 to 800 dollars. That is if they don't want to replace the catalytic converter. Then you still have to pay the labor to have it removed and the new system replaced. A very pricey venture to keep your car quiet.

Need vacum hose diagram for 1967 ford ltd

More than likely the AC system has no refrigerant charge in it. have it checked for proper pressures by a local shop. If it is low fix the source of the leak and then you will need to convert it to R134 from the R!2 used in the system, R12 is longer made worldwide because it destroys the Ozone layer in the earths atmosphere.

I need a full diagram for the exhaust (from the manifold back) for an '84 Ford LTD 4 cyl. 2.3L

You should be able to look that up on the auto parts stores' websites.
Just key in your year make model and engine size.
The stores usually have books that have the pictures too.

Running hot with no leaks

You would need to check the components of the cooling system, such as the thermostat and cooling fan, also things like a blocked exhaust.

Pcv valve poping out

Sounds like high crankcase pressure probably caused by blowby. You didn't say how many miles but rings may be worn enough to allow pressure to pass by them.
