If it is coming from the engine or the exhaust, it could be the metal cooling off.

Clicking noise when turning avalance

A clicking noise when turning is usually CV joints. If it just clicking the car is probably ok to drive still there may also be minor vibration - if the noise starts to sound more like a grind or the car feels unsafe with vibration or handling then park it till you get it repaired. The repairs are not OMG expensive but they are not cheap probably around $600 each side as a real rough guide.

I would still suspect the drive axle because it could very well be the inner joint of the axle clicking and not making the accustomed noises related to a drive shaft noise. Thanks Megabuck

Clicking noise when turning

It is the drive axles. If you look under your ca you will see that the shafts going to your wheels have rubber boots to protect the bearings. They are most likely torn and the bearings have become dirty and contaminated. Replace the drive axles and the clicking will go away!

Accelerated clicking/knocking noise when i start driving

sounds like your CV joints are worn out. If the clicking noise gets worse when turning then its a definite possibility. Also check the CV joint boots for splits as this can quickly wear them out. The dust mixes with the grease to form a grinding paste.

Popping Noise ?

Does it sound like a speed induced continuous clicking, like (click, click, click, click, click) while turning and stop when you straighten your turn?
If so, this sounds like a bad CV (constant velocity) joint. These are the axles that move the car, they come from your transmission and turn the wheels. Your car is front wheel drive.
If this is not your symptom, please respond.
