Which fuses go where and for what on a 2000 lincoin ls

You have to have your owners manual on a Ford to tell what goes where. They were not smart enough to print it on the cover like Chevrolet and Chrysler does. You might be able to find and image by Googling it though.

Where is fuse for radio in 2000 Lincoln continental ls

Page 145 of this manual says that the fuse for the Radio is located in block 4. Match the picture to the same orientation as your fuse panel and count the appropriate rows. Very quick and easy. This information should be in your owners manual. The link I provided is an online version of your owners manual.

I have just had my 2000 Lincoln Continentals transmission serviced two days ago. It has 135,000 miles. Today I found Trans fluid all over my driveway. I took it back and the service tech can not see...

If it was overfilled this could happen. Check the level according to instructions in your owner's manual. If it is overfull, remove enough to get it back to the correct level. Overheating will cause the fluid to expand but unlikely it will leak unless it was overfilled. I would suspect too much fluid was added.

Usually that means there is slack in the Parking brake cable. If you have an owners manual it should mention using the Parking brake.

On most cars if you back up and use the Parking brake several times it will tighten the cable and adjust those brakes.

There is a switch under the dash that makes contact with the cable assembly and when the cable has slack, the switch will not make contact like it should. Thats when the light comes on.
