SOURCE: I need a wiring diagram

don't have a wiring diagram for you , but i'll try to explain. starting with heavy gage cables---one goes to battery positive--the other heavy cable goes to starter bolt on back of bendix or 3/8 stud with nut. the small wire with 90*end goes to sol. terminal mark "I" thats ign. side comming from ign. switch. the other terminal is not used most of the time. hope this helps.

SOURCE: 1989 Ford F150 power window

you have to disconnect the negative side of the battery so you won't kill it then remove the door panel look for hidden screws behind the arm rest and behind what looks like little doors that you have to use a screw driver to open once that is removed you will find a plastic sheet just cut and peel this back (you can use duct tape to replace it when you are done) also put on gloves because inside the doors there is sharp edges, you then can see the motor and you will need to break off the rivets but you can put the new one on with just a small bolt and nut and use lock tight

Where is the starter in my ford f150

Your starter is mounted to the bell housing of the transmission at the rear of the engine and up and under the exhaust. The easiest method to find it, go to the battery, follow the + wire to the solenoid, then follow the wire on the other side because it goes to your starter.

Good luck!

If the battery is ok - the starter might need some shimms..
