How do a repair a reduce to slow mph on highway

Your ECM (car's brain) has reduced your car to Limp Mode. You'll need a Fault Code Reader and list of fault codes for your vehicle to diagnose the problems. Fault code readers aren't expensive and Haynes makes inexpensive DIY manuals for your vehicle. Could be the EGR, PCV valve, TPS, or Oxygen Sensors. Each of these has a separate fault code... please check a fault code reader and verify the fault against the list in Emission Controls list in the Haynes manual. This will narrow it down for you.

P1050

Hi
this is the Variable valve timing (VVT), bank 1 - limp-home mode - full stroke position not reached P1062 and the P1050 is the VVT control unit itself, try checking the connections to it make sure they are secure, if all looks good, then you might have to change the unit as this will keep making the vehicle go into limp mode.
hope that helps

P1030 fault code on 2004 Honda accord

did you google that?
P1030 (p1 is factory code not a generic fed code)
P1030 Honda Intake Manifold Air Control Valve Position Sensor Lower Limit Not ReachedSorry for caps. but this is the html code off the scan pages.
open the FSM it answers the reasons and tests. to do.
do you only want wild guessing? we can do that. sure.

here is 1 wild guess.
you have intake air leaks.
or the valve is bad
or the switch is bad.
id not throw expensive parts. id do the steps.
see alldata.com for the 1030 page and the steps.
or go to handa and buy the FSM.
or join a true honda forum.

To get a list of the fault codes for this car you will have to run a fault code reader. That will give all the current faults for this car. As there are numerous codes that that are common to all cars to get a list of all possible codes for you is next to impossible
