What happens ifi ran out of oil and my g35 infiniti 2003 wont start

Probably ruined engine. Add oil, jump off and crank engine. If totally locked up, its over. If engine will start there is a slight chance that the computer shut off the engine when the oil pressure dropped to save it. If engine has a deep knock then engine will need replacing.

2003 deville car knocks at idle when u drive engine knocks a lot less almost cant hear it

when was the last time it had the oil / filter changed ? change it and see if it goes away, weak oil will damage the engine and a contaminated oil filter will stop working.

Where do I add oil?

Not trying to be a smart ***......but if you cant figure out where the oil goes even though there is a cap that even tells you which type to put. Take it to an oil changing location and watch where they pour the engine oil. Best of luck

Oil pressure warning light comes on when slowing to a stop. Goes off when you accelerate.

either your eng. oil pump is failing or just so low on oil that the pick up tube cant pick any oil up, check eng oil level first, if level is ok....then your oil pump is definitely failing

Car heating up and radiator cant hold water

you have a leak somewhere, and a small one it soulds like, also with the runniong rough, it sounds like you might ave head gaskets going out, i would get a compression check on the cylenders, check the oil and water for any cross mixtuer, likr oil in the water and water in the oil, if there is in the oiol it will look light brown and thick, in the water you will see oil bubbles in the radiator
