Question about 1998 Ford Escort
1994 f150 6cyl looked for an exhaut leak but cant find any. i was told theres a problem with the egr valve pipe going to the cat. converter checked pipie and still cant find any hole in that either
Look closer and check the pipe with the vehicle running. Look for black carbon trails at connections as these will alert you to an exhaust leak. Connections should be tight and clean all the way around the connection.
