Question about 1994 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight
The linkage is out of whack in my 1994 Olds 98 and now it will not start. I just bought the car and was trying to figure out how to adjust the linkage to get it to start properly without holding the shifter as far as it would go into park. Now the car wont start, I never got the linkage adjusted, was starting fine before that, any ideas?
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUT INTO NETUAL,AND IT START.. YOUR NETUAL SWITCH IS CAUSEING IT NOT TO START.. TRY THAT IF IT STARTS, THEN YOU NEED TO ADJUST THE LINKAGE ALITTLE MORE..HOPE THAT HELPS YOU MAN..KEITH..
