The first thing to do would be to have a professional grade scan tool hooked up to check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . The power locks on your vehicle are controlled by a electronic control module ,be it a GEM - module or smart junction box. More then likely has a bad input to the control module - like door ajar switch, maybe .Just like in this video

Principles of Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) receives inputs and delivers outputs to many of the electronically controlled features of the vehicle. The SJB constantly monitors the system under its control and reports a concern in the form of a diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
Power Door Locks Regardless of the key position, the SJB is powered at all times. When the SJB receives a signal from the remote transmitter or door lock control switch, the SJB supplies a ground signal to the appropriate lock or unlock relay. The ground signal closes the relay which supplies power to the door lock actuators. The door lock actuators will then actuate to a lock or unlock position determined by the relay power supplied on the lock or unlock circuit.
Autolocking The autolocking feature locks all doors when all doors (including liftgate for wagon only) are closed, the key is in the RUN position, the transmission is in either a forward or reverse gear and vehicle speed is 5 km/h (3 mph) or higher. If any door becomes ajar, this feature will relock all doors when the ajar door is returned to a closed position and all previous conditions are met.

In all probability one of the door switches in the door jamb are faulty.

Many newer vehicles use a voltage-differential method of locking/unlocking the doors. This uses a resistor to create the voltage difference between lock and unlock commands depending upon which way you toggle the lock switch. They do this so that if the car battery starts to fail, and the voltage drops to a certain point, the doors will unlock automatically rather than staying locked, allowing you from entry if the battery dies (seeing as some newer cars do not have key-type door locks anymore). The problem could be that your charging system is not putting out the proper voltage or you could have a faulty lock switch or resistor.

Your keyless entry system is going bad and you need a battery for your keyless entry system once you replace your battery with the new one thing should work properly

The door sensor is inside the latch it probably got wet this happen to my 07 aura take a clean spay bottle full of rubbing alcohol and spay it into the latch soak the intire latch very well by the next day it should have evaporated all the water it fixed mine hope this helps

check/replace the door lock control module

That would be your neutral park switch is bad or broken. If the shifter linkage is not aligned with the neutral park switch it will not work properly. Located on drivers side on top of Trans.

just a guess but Id look for a bad chasis ground. I say this cuz the interior light switch for the door is a normally- open - grounding. The test for this theory would be to run a jumper wire from the neg batt terminal to the body, or from the eng to the body/chasis.
