Here is what I could find, hope it helps.
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
See Figures 1 and 2
The following procedure is a general procedure for console removal. You may have to modify or skip certain steps depending upon your vehicle.
Fig. Fig. 1: Remove the retainers, unplug the connector, then remove the console door

I once took every single piece of it apart before figuring out that it was indeed 4 bolts. Doh! The two little storage compartments, and the cup holders, just pop out. Two bolts go to the dash, behind the storage bins, and two are under the cup holders. You'll need an extension to get to them. After that it won't see like it'll budge, but there is a big metal clip that it slides into, at the back, on the floor under it. It rusts, so you gotta get low on the console and pull it STRAIGHT BACK.
Remove the package tray and cup holders by grasping and pulling out by hand. There is a wiring block located directly under the stereo with a bolt holding it in place. Loosen the bolt until you can unplug the harness. There are two gold colored bolts on either side of where the wiring block was, remove these. Now if you move back until you are at the front edge of the armrest and look straight down you will see two more bolts that are exactly the size and color of the first two, remove them (you may need to grab them with needle nose pliers after they are loose to get them completely out of there) . This is the tricky part. You have to get in the back seat and pull the console straight back and slightly upward to release the two metal "fingers" that are holding the rear of the console to the floor. These fingers slide into a plate that is bolted to the floor that has two slots in it. DO NOT be shy when you are pulling the console to release these. Trust me, it takes some effort. When you get that released, just pull the whole console out through the rear seat, wiring and all. When you replace the console just reverse this procedure but make sure you don't get hung up where those four bolts go in as you are sliding the console forward and back into place. Hope this helps. Good luck!

P2097:--Seems to be a quite common code.
In most cases the O2 sensor is the problem and needs to be checked and replaced.:

probably your battery cant conform minimum requirements of digital circuits used to drive starter motor in high tech cars. that is why it works only with external charger. measure your abttery. it should be showing at least 12.4 volts. normally battery should show 12.5. to 12.65 volts. probably your battery has sulfation. end of its life.

Its not as complicated as it looks.first of all the front and only part of the center console you need to move simply pops out with two snap in connections at the top and to mounting screws in the back lower bottom...keep in mind moving this part of center console is only for the removal and installation of heater unit...Now for the radio is also quite simple.once you have the heater unit consolek removed, the dash component and vent cover needs to be removed. If you open both car doors @ look
on both sides of your dashboards, theres two covers.remove them..on passenger is a mounting screw for the dash cover.once removed, cover has several snap in connections that will detach it from location...be careful when doig so...now you will see full radio and its mounting bolts...there u have it..hope it helps...
