I need a diagram for spark plugs for a 97 izusu

old post (in Dizzy H3LL?) Distributor.
97
is really not an ISUZU.
"In 1996, Isuzu replaced its Pick Up with a version of the Louisiana-built Chevrolet S-10, the Isuzu Hombre, based on the Brazilian market S-10"

so is GM engines.
2.2 L inline 4 gas
4.3 L V6 , gas.

my guess is you scrambled the distributor wires.
oops.
the I4 fires, 1342 (crank engine to see rotor spin direction.
the V6 fires. 165432 CW
http://www.justanswer.com/chevy/3cda8-chevy-4-3-v6-firing-order-wire-placement.html

then one more fact is needed, TDC fact
put crank mark at #1 firing, at TDC , and now the rotor points to #1 wire.
next time replace wires 1 at a time...
if distrib was pulled that be a longer processes...

Engine stalls driving down the road or on take off. Had code 42. electronic spark tining. E S T circiut fault. Cleared codes and installed a fuel pressure gauge. On test drive the motor, (3.1 EFI) still...

Trouble Code 42 indicates that there may be a malfunction in the Electronic Spark Timing (EST) system. During cranking, the timing is controlled by the ignition module and the ECM grounds the EST line. It expects to see no activity on this line at this time. When the ECM enters EST mode, it applies +5 volts to the BYPASS line and expects to see voltage variations on the EST line.
Reasons for the ECM to set Code 42:
1. System in BYPASS mode (i.e. EST line supposedly grounded) but activity sensed on EST line
2. System in EST mode (i.e. BYPASS line driven with +5 volts) but no activity seen on the EST line

Possible causes include:
1. BYPASS line is open or grounded
2. EST line is open or grounded
3. Poor connections between ignition module and ECM
4. Poor routing of EST harness and/or poor quality ignition wires (EMI induced electrical noise
5. Faulty or incorrect ignition module
6. Faulty ECM
7. Faulty Pick Up Coil
8. Faulty Ignition Control Module
9. Faulty Crank Sensor or the Crank Sensor magnet probe could be cracked

Ive removed the locking ring on the rear of the headlight on my 1991 isuzu but cant seem to free the buld assembly to replace the headlight bulb

On some of these headlamps there is a spring clip that you squeeze together to free off the clamp, the locking ring is only for the wiring.

Cant find the wire to unplug and dissable est on 1991 s-10 to set timing

I believe it should be a 4 wire plug. There should be 4 wires coming out of the distributor with a plug. I know some GMs had a single green wire with a plug also.

KEY CODE FOR A 1991 ISUZU PICK UP

If you have the head of the key the code is under the plastic on the metal. If the keys are all lost you will need proof of ownership and a photo ID. That you would take to any Isuzu dealership to obtain new keys

Hi:
Are you are trying to pull out one of your axle shafts? If so, there is a retainer clip inside the differential that needs to be removed first.
