LEAVE BATTERY DISCONNECTED FOR 10 MINUTES AND TRY RESETTING THAT WAY.
HOPEFULLY IT IS NOT A FAULT WITH THE COMPUTER OR IN THE TPS WIRING

E26 - Shorted Throttle Switch Circuit
E27 - Open circuit in throttle switch
On these 2 codes replace the TPS and clear codes (throttle position sensor).
E52 PCM/ECM Memory Reset
Have u cleared the memory? don't worry about this code.

You have a broken wire in the steering column. there are ways to cheat, but to fix it right, the dealer is the best option. Cost will probably be in the 400 dollar range for a new ignition tumbler, install, and programming.
