SOURCE: 2002 Honda Acord 4 cyl Se. P1166 and P1167 Fixed

You can try resetting the system (clear the codes) by removing, with the key off, the number 13 fuse (7.5 amp)(CLOCK/BACKUP) from the fuse/relay box (end of the instrument panel, passenger's side) for 10 seconds. If the code comes back, you still have a problem.
Hope this helps you.

Why is my 91 honda accord ex s light flashing?

This is a trans issue, and OBD scanners won't read these. Jump the 2 pin OBD connector and count the light flashes to get the code #. Then go online to find a list of codes for your Honda.

Is the camshaft turning? Are you sure you are getting fuel? Maybe bad fuel pump, clogged fuel filter or broken timing belt.

I believe the throttle position sensor is faulty. Is your check engine light on? You should have your engine codes read either way.
