May be coming from the stereo, Remove the stereo fuse(s) and retry the key.

if serpentine, then it should be on the fan shroud or the radiator cover...

Hello, the Regal seems to have that problem. Insert your key in the ignition and turn it but do not turn the car on, make sure you here the fuel pump kick in, then at the end of you r fuel rail there should be a cap, remove it, use a very thin screw driver and push that part in, Be careful it's going to squirt gas, that's a good sign. If it does not, check your fuel filter. And last, if nothing above described works first check your negative wire on your fuel pump, second your injectors, they might be clogged.

go to the local repair shop...(IE.carx,midas.etc..) and ask one of the mechanics, If they will print off the diagrahm you need, they will do it for a small fee 5-10 bucks or so as long as your nice!

Your vent relay switch is bad and you will need to replace it. It is located underneath and behind the glove box.

I haven't worked on the newer buicks but I play with alot of chevrolets and depending on the setup it maybe easier to pull the power steering pump bolts and lay it off to the side than it will be to pull the pulley of and press it back on. If you want to pull the pulley you will need a universal pulley puller available at most part stores, if the pulley has bolts in it you will remove the bolts and the puller will have bolts that will slide into the existing holes allowing you to remove the pulley.
