Why am i getting low compression out of cylendar four but all the other ones are ready right

Without more information it is hard to say, but it might be a burnt or bent valve, a broken compression ring on a piston, a crack in the head or cylinder wall, a severely worn cylinder, or a blown head gasket. Any way you look at it, it is not good.

More important than what the actual compression gauge reads is that it read about the same for all cylendars.

If you are sure the compression is low on that one cylinder (might want to get a second opinion) the most likely problem is a burnt valve.
That will require taking the head off and having it "rebuilt". $$$
Second most common problem is something wrong with your piston rings. That wil require an engine overhaul. $$$$$$
Here's how to tell before you tear the engine down.
With your compression gauge handy, get an oli can with some motor oil ready. You'll need about 1.8 cup or six tablespoons full.
Check the compression without the oil, write it down.
Add or squirt the oil in the cylinder, and check the compression again.
If the compression comes up with the oil added, the problem is the rings on the piston. If the compression stays the same, it is a burnt valve.
There is a small chance it could be a leaking head gasket.

#2 cylinde r head bad. how to repair low compression

First thing you need to do is determine why the compression in that cylinder is low. Four possible causes are 1. blown head gasket 2.bad valve(s) in the head 3. broken compression ring, piston ring land or burned piston. 4. rounded camshaft lobes
One other possibility is a fuel washed cylinder (from leaking injector)
You are going to have to remove that cylinder head and do a thorough internal inspection, possibly involving oil pan and piston removal.
Once the cause has been found you can proceed to make an appropriate repair. Or if the damage is beyond your ability, replace the engine with a used or new one.
There is no quick easy fix to restore compression.

1990 prelude wont run right acts like 2 dead cylenders pull the plug wire on 4 it dies 1 it dies 3 it runs weaker 2 nothing just nothing just changed the injector and still nuthing

do a compression test on all four cylinder to see if it has low compression. you may have a blown head gasket or burnt valve.

pull the spark plug wires out of the number one and number 4 cylinders, then pull the spark plugs out aswell and connect them to the wires they go to. then hold them two the engine block and see if you have a good strong spar/ark.......if not then ur distribortor crack is ur problem, if it does spark take all 4 spark plugs out of the engine and hook up a compression guage and check the compression, if good then check the fuel systesm, fuel pressure regulator/fuel injector/most likely not the fuel pump....if compression is bad then pour a tea spoon of oil in the cylinder that has low compression, do the compression test on that cylinder again, if the initial low reading goes up then its ur piston rings or ur cylinder wall, if it stays the same then its ur valve seals,valve guid,vlave seat carbon build up, check valve train may need a head job
