Remove the glove box and its lining and and the under dash covering on pass side to expose the actuator for the blend door

The Blend Door is internal of the Heater Box. You have access to the motor from the outside but the Door itself, you have to pull the Heater Box out to repair... I am assuming you have an issue with Cold on one side and Warm on the other..... Try the Motor First....
