SOURCE: where the temp blend door for passenger side on lincoln 2004 ls

The Blend Door is internal of the Heater Box. You have access to the motor from the outside but the Door itself, you have to pull the Heater Box out to repair... I am assuming you have an issue with Cold on one side and Warm on the other..... Try the Motor First....

I have 2004 Lincoln LS, air conditioning has always worked great, a couple days ago while driving around it went from the normal ice cold air to hot air instantly! Temp gauge did not go up, no other...

For Motor Company started having problems with this thing called a "Blend Door Actuator" around 1998. This piece controls the door in the dash to blow hot or cold air. On most models I have seen it located behind the radio with four small screws holding it in place. You will probably need a mechanic for to change this one.

Air conditioner blowing hot air

Blowing hot air when set to A/C is almost always a stuck blend door, dead blend door actuator, or a cracked or disconnected blend door actuator vacuum line. The blend door is inside the a/c ducting under the dash, but the actuator will be accessible outside the ducting.

MY TEMP BLEND MODUAL IS BAD WHERE IS IT LOCATED IN THE DASH OF A

the part u are referring to is the temperature control blend door actuator motor, it is about center of air ducting, in order to access the part u must remove the entire dash assembly, not a job for a DIYer, 12-15 hour job.

The heater and a/c blend door actuator motor is located behind the center of the dash just below the windshield. The steering column must be detached and lowered and the dash must be removed to access the blend door motor.
