You have a major problem, first, don't run the engine at all! when there is coolant in the oil, running the engine can ruin it completely. the coolant will cause bearings in the bottom of the motor to seize, if not more cause more damage.
these engines are known for blowing head gaskets and intake gaskets. in this case, if you haven't ran the motor since finding the problem, the head gaskets can be replaced and the engine should be fine. I'd recommend doing the heads even if it's only the intake leaking. that would be cheaper than having to go back in later, and there isn't much further to the head gaskets after the intake is off.
also, have a new thermostat put in while this is all being done, it's cheap insurance!
If you know someone that has done head gaskets before, they should be able to tackle this without too much problem, otherwise if you'd rather a shop do the job, just make sure to tow or haul the car to the shop.

Get the premixed antifreeze inwhich no measuring is involved, just pour it in. if using the old concetrated stuff add 1.6 gallons of coolant then the rest bottled water. Tap water has minerals in it which rot the radiator's core out quicker. The engine oil is 4.5 quarts with filter
