Question about 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
You need to plug a scan tool into the ALDL plug under the drivers side of the dash and retrieve the code from the computer that is turning the check engine light on.
You can either take the vehicle to your local dealer, mechanic, or most parts stores will let you use a scan tool to read your own codes. It depends on what you feel more comfortable with.
