3 things that come to mind is (1) the connectors on the terminals on your battery are loose and arcing causing that alarm to come on, (2) your battery is old and not meeting current requirements which is setting off the alarm and could use replacing or... (3) its possible your alternator may be dieing and its only just producing enough power to be just above the power of the battery and every time it ducks below the battery the alarm comes on stating the car is running off of battery power. if the third one was the case you would notice engine sputter and dimming of headlights and interior lights occasionally.

Remove negative cable from battery, connect a test light to negative terminal, opposite end off light to negative battery post. ( let sit for 3 to 5 minutes). Then start pulling fuses, when the light goes out that's your bad circuit. God-Bless! Its worth a try.

Just replaced battery but battery light comes on goes off comes back on

The warning light is telling the driver the alternator is not charging the battery. The alternator and wiring would need to be checked.

the instrument cluster is probly failin-can happen with age or if u spiked it by puttin a new battery in car-these things are really sensitive to voltage swings--may also be a wiring issue too--get car scanned at a discount place and buy a haynes manual

Low battery light comes on, then goes off, followed by the seatbelt light to start flashing. Took for a drive today, same thing happens, then all other warning lights come on and car just goes dead in...

It sounds like your battery is not charging. You may have a good battery and a good alternator but what you need to look for is the alternator fuse . It is usually a square block style fuse , 50 to 80 amps, normally in a fuse box under the dash. If it blows the car will drive till it runs out of battery juice and go bonkers just like you describe right before it dies. The charge light on the dash usually will not warn you of the problem. I think the manufacturers just want to charge you big dollars just to replace a fuse most people are not familiar with.

Battery drains when car is on. Verified it is not

Sure sounds like a bad alternator to me-how did you verify the alt is okay? It should be putting out around 13.5 volts. Let engine idle-remove positive battery cable-if engine dies immediately, it IS the alternator.

If the alternator only puts out about 12/13 volts, the car's voltage consumption could be exceeding that; hence, intermittent charge/battery light.

The battery has 12.6 volts. The battery/charge light will come on if your car's voltage requirements exceed that. (Alternator pulley not spinning fast enough?) Loose alternator belt slipping could also cause this symptom.

Alternators CAN go inoperative intermittently.

Hope this helps.
