Question about 2002 Ford Explorer
Just noticed fluttering noise while goin up the onramp on freeway , but it continued on streets when i would stop and then acccelerate again
Havbe the engine electonics been tested for fault codes? Buy a basic code reader for the OBD2 control system and test it.

Usually a worn belt. You can try some belt dressing in a spray can to make sure.
